OzU Graduate Student Wins SICE 2016 International Award!

We are pleased to inform that our graduate student, Negin Amirshirzad presented the research work conducted under  the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erhan Oztop in the SICE annual conference (SICE 2016),  and won the SICE Annual Conference International Awardwith the paper: ‘Amirshirzad N, Kaya O, Oztop E (2016.9) Synergistic human-robot shared control via human goal estimation. Annual Conference of Society of Instrument and Control Engineers (SICE), Tsukuba’.
 
The research is funded by the European Community’s FP7 MC-CIG grant under agreement no 321700 Converge Project (Convergent Human Learning for Robot Skill Generation) and is being carried out in the Ozyegin Robotics Laboratory.
