Sustainability Talks 4 - Soil and Food
Ozyegin University Sustainability Platform is organizing Sustainability Talks as part of our university’s 10th Anniversary Events. The talk series focuses on different dimensions of sustainability with the aim of deepening our knowledge leading to broadening our vision.
The forth talk will be held on World Soil Day, 5 December 2018, between 13:40 and 15:00 at OzU-X. Our guests will be our Gastronomy Department faculty, Mr. Tangör Tan and Food Sociologist Prof Zafer Yenal from Department of Sociology, Boğaziçi University. In this talk, our guests will focus on the relationship between soil and food in the world and in Turkey.
