2017-2018 Erasmus+ Öğrenim & Staj Başvuruları


Erasmus+ study/internship mobility applications will be open for interested students between 23 January – 6 February 2017, 12:00 noonApplication deadline for Erasmus+ study/placement mobility is 6 February 2017, 12:00 noon. 
 
Please kindly acknowledge that there is a new online application and reporting tool for the exchange programs. For this reason, please do not make any assumptions based on your prior experience and carefully take into consideration the application information presented this year.
 
1. Erasmus+ Applications - Study Mobility

Erasmus+ study mobility applications will be open for interested students between 23 January – 6 February 2017, 12:00 noon

Application deadline for Erasmus+ study mobility is 6 February 2017, 12:00 noon. Please be advised that late-applications will not be accepted.

You must apply to Erasmus+ study mobility online and submit your institution selection.  Application link and instructions will be provided by email on January 23rd.

Erasmus English Language Exam (ELE) will be held on 11 February 2017, Saturday, at 10 AMIf you have taken the ELE during 15-16 academic year, you do not need to retake the exam. ELE scores are valid for two years.  Other language exam (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE) scores will not be considered valid for the Erasmus evaluation/ranking.
The location of the exam will be announced after the application deadline via email and on the IO announcements webpage.
 
Once the results are announced students will be asked to confirm their placements. Placed students must submit their commitment forms and any additional requirements to the OzU IO via the online system by March 20, 2017 at the latest; otherwise they will not be nominated to the partner institutions and will be considered withdrawn from the program.

 Eligibility Criteria to Apply to the Erasmus+ Study Mobility:
  • Min. CGPA: 2.20
  • 60/100 pts in ELE
  • Having completed at least one semester at OzU degree programs.
 Ranking & Eligibility Criteria to Participate in the Erasmus+ Study Mobility:
  • Ranking will be based on 50% CGPA + 50% ELE
  • Having completed freshman year at OzU by the time exchange semester starts.
  • Participants must be full time students who have not obtained all the credits required towards the diploma/degree and has a course load of min. 30 ECTS/semester.  
  • Students who have previously participated in the Erasmus+ program and students who withdrew after the given deadline, will be deducted 10 points at the time of evaluations.
  • Students with disabilities and students who are the children of Veterans/Martyrs will be added 10 points. You must submit “Disabled Identity Card” or “Veteran/Martyr Identity Card” at the time of applying.
  • Students who wish to participate to the program in their countries of citizenship will be deducted 10 points.
 Call for Second Placement
  • Students who are not placed during the 1st evaluation period will be invited to make institution selections with the remaining available quotas.
  • Students who are placed but fail to submit their commitment forms on time will not be invited to make institution selections during the second round placement.
  • It will take place during Summer 2017 and eligible students will be notified.
2. Erasmus+ Applications – Placement Mobility (Internship) 

Erasmus+ placement (internship) mobility applications will be open for interested students between 23 January – 6 February 2017, 12:00 noon. 

Application deadline for Erasmus+ placement (internship) is 6 February 2017, 12:00 noon. Please be advised that late-applications will not be accepted.

Students must apply to Erasmus+ placement mobility online.  Application link and instructions will be provided by email on January 23rd. Students must submit their acceptance/invitation letters sent by the companies to the OzU IO via email by 31 March 2017 at the latest; otherwise their applications will not be considered valid.

Eligibility Criteria for Applying to the Erasmus+ Placement (Internship) Mobility

Undergraduate students:
  • Min. CGPA: 2.20
  • 60/100 pts in Erasmus Language Exam
Graduate students:
  • Min. CGPA: 3.00
  • 60/100 pts in Erasmus Language Exam
 
Ranking and Eligibility Criteria to Participate in the Erasmus+ Placement Mobility:
  • Ranking will be based on 50% CGPA + 50% ELE.
  • The sector and enterprise must be compatible with the applicant’s diploma program.
  • The host institutions must be compatible with the Erasmus+ Program Guide. The receiving organization can be any  public  or  private  organization  active  in  the  labor  market  or  in  the  fields  of  education, training and youth. For example, such organization can be:
  • public or private, a small, medium  or  large  enterprise  (including  social enterprises);
  • public body at local, regional or national level;
  • social  partner  or  other  representative  of  working  life,  including  chambers  of commerce, craft/professional associations and trade unions;
  • research institute;
  • foundation;
  • school/institute/educational  center  (at  any  level,  from  pre-school  to  upper secondary education, and including vocational education and adult education);
  • non - profit organization, association, NGO;
  • body providing career guidance, professional counselling and information services;
  • Program Country HEI awarded with an ECHE.
  •  Students who have previously participated in the Erasmus+ program and students who withdrew after the given deadline, will be deducted 10 points at the time of evaluations.

  • Graduate students must submit the approval of their academic advisors.
 General Terms for Placement Mobility
  • Placement duration is minimum 2 months.
  • Students cannot be placed in the European Union institutions, agencies and establishments which pursue EU programs.
  • Students can benefit from the placement opportunity within 12 months upon graduation with the condition of applying before graduation in their final year.
  • Students will create contacts with enterprises/organizations in order to find their own internship places and submit to the International Office an Acceptance Letter (Letter of Intent/Invitation). You may start your search by visiting the following link: www.erasmusintern.org
