Information about Suspension of Instruction at Higher Education Institutions

Dear Members of OzU,

Please be advised that following the Coronavirus Summit held at the Presidential Complex on March 12, 2020, it was announced that  instruction at higher education institutions will be suspended for three weeks as of Monday, March 16, 2020.

Accordingly, please be advised that in-person courses and examinations will be administered as scheduled on campus till March 16, after which time instruction will be suspended for 3 weeks starting Monday, March 16.

Please note that our dormitories will be closed and residents will not be accommodated during suspension. We strongly advise all our dorm residents to plan their accommodation accordingly. Detailed information will be released later for dorm residents by Dormitory Management.

Meanwhile, our Student Services Department will share an update about academic plans over the coming days.

Please be reminded that the suspension process is coordinated by CoHe. We will regularly keep you posted about the latest developments with additional announcements via our official communication channels.
