ÖzÜ Research Participation System

Dear Students,

We are writing to inform you about our newly launched OzU Research Participation System and invite you all to sign up for our new system. The OzU Research Participation System is designed to give our students the opportunity to sign up to voluntarily participate in experiments conducted by our OzU faculty. Our faculty from now on will recruit participants for their studies from among students who signed up for this system. By participating in these studies, you will be eligible to receive a specific amount of cash, gift cheques, or similar other forms of pay or alternatively you will earn extra credits/points for your classes, depending on the type of study you signed up for.

To be a part of our researchers’ studies and receive different rewards including cash rewards and points, all you need to do is just to take two minutes of your time to register for OzU Research Participation System.

The system is open to all students from all faculties and schools.

To sign up:

1. Please visit https://ozyegin.sona-systems.com
2. If the page is not in Turkish, please click the “Turkish” link on top of the User ID (Kullanıcı Adı) field to change the language preference to Turkish.
3. Click the “Request Account” link on the right hand side of the page.
4. Fill out the displayed form. Guidelines are available on the left hand side of the page. Please read the explanations carefully before filling out the form.
5. In the “User ID” field, please enter the alias of your OzU email account. Your alias is the portion of your “@ozyegin.edu.tr” email address that appears before the @ sign.
6. You may sign up for both the “Paid Pool” and “Credit Pool”. Or alternatively, you may opt to sign up for only one these pools. We recommend that you sign up for both pools. Signing up for both pools will enable you to be kept posted of all upcoming experiments.
