NEED4B Project by CEEE Officially Completed

The NEED4B - New Energy Efficient Demonstration for Buildings Project, which was entitled to a European Union fund within the scope of the 7th Framework Program and officially commenced on 01 February 2012, was officially completed by Center for Energy, Environment and Economy (CEEE) on 31 January 2018.

It is stated in the SET Strategic Energy Technology Plan which determines the long-term energy policies of the European Union that the NEED4B Project is “the best practice” in implementing EPBD Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. The introductory video and the technical catalogue of NEED4B, which is one of the three research projects with a funding volume of 1 million Euros at Özyeğin University, were submitted to the review of those concerned.
