TTO - Important Note for Ethics Committee and TÜBİTAK ARDEB Application

Dear Faculty Members,

The deadline for project application for TÜBİTAK 1001, 3501 and 1005 Programs is March 2, 2018. We like to draw your attention to the importance of documentation for the project application. The documents requested for the application can be found on TÜBİTAK webpage, under the related program details.

TÜBİTAK pays special attention to the "Ethics Committee Approval Form" and/or "Permission Form" for the projects including ethical issues and without these forms the proposals are considered as ineligible and TÜBİTAK rejects these proposals without panel evaluation. For this reason, we strongly recommend you to check the information notes published by TÜBİTAK while evaluating whether your project needs these forms or not.

For the ethics reports needed for your project applications, you are kindly asked to fill in the Ethics Committee application forms and send them to the new etikkurul@ozyegin.edu.tr  e-mail address.  The Ethics Committee application forms:

Deadline for Ethics Committee Applications: February 26, Monday (12:00 am)

Forms that are sent to etikkurul@ozyegin.edu.tr  will be evaluated by the Ethics Committee members who are Prof. Canan Ergin, Asst. Prof. Seçil Bayraktar and Asst. Prof. Sibel Oktar.

You are kindly asked to add tto@ozyegin.edu.tr to your Ethics Committee applications needed for your project applications.
