Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program Students Win First Place at the 6th International Gaziantep Gastronomy Festival

Özyeğin University’s Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program students won first place at the Local Chef - University Students Competition, held from September 14 to September 15, 2024, during the 6th International Gaziantep Gastronomy Festival, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in conjunction with the Culture Route Festival.

Representing our university, our junior students Güvenç Berk Erdem, Ecem Serbez and Nilsu Özata were honored with first prize in recognition of their menu, crafted with local Antep products, showcasing their creative vision and technical skills.
