Our Law Faculty Students Returned Home from “Nuremberg Moot Court 2018” with Success

The “Nuremberg Moot Court 2018” , an international moot court competition on criminal law, was held in Nuremberg, Germany under the auspices of "International Nuremberg Principles Academy“  and “Criminal Law Research Uni of the FAU“. The Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University was the one and only team that attended the competition from Turkey. The Özyeğin team competed against Creighton Law School from the US in the first trial. The Faculty of Law at Özyeğin University tied with Creighton Law School by 11-11, while Berkan Özer, a member of the Özyeğin University Faculty of Law team, was selected the best oral advocate in the first trial. In the second phase of the competition, our senior year student Beste Turan was chosen the second best oral advocate in the second trial by the panel of judges.
