Dr. Hulüsi Alphan Dinçkol obtained his B.Sc. from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2009 and his masters degree from Marmara University Social Sciences Institute Public Law Department in 2011, and his Ph.D. from Marmara University Social Sciences Institute Public Law Department in 2017. During his doctorate, he did his thesis research in the Cambridge University Law Faculty Library and University Library with the permission he received from Cambridge University. He started as an Research Assistant at the department of Administrative Law in 2011 at Maltepe University Faculty of Law, and he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in 2017 in the same department. He served as the Deputy Dean and he did many administrative duties. Apart from the university, he gave lectures and courses at Istanbul Bar Association and various private institutions. His research focuses on Administrative Law, Administrative Jurisdiction, Zoning Law and Regulation Law.
