Intergenerational ambivalence, the effect of parental acceptance on development, the communication and interaction parents within families.
Burak Savcı obtained his B.Sc. from Ozyegin University, Department of Psychology in 2017 and continues to his M.S. in Ozyegin University, Couple and Family Therapy starting from 2017. During his Bachelor’s degree, he worked as research assistant and made observation coding regarding the development of pretend play and its effects on cognitive development among preschoolers at Child Research Laboratory at Özyeğin University. Since 2016, Burak Savcı continues to his long-term internship at Satir Human Growth and Family Therapy Institue and takes part in arrangement of training materials regarding family therapy and coordinating social media accounts of the institute. He continues to work as a part time teaching assistant for undergraduate courses. His areas of interest are intergenerational ambivalence, the effect of parental acceptance on development, the communication and interaction parents within families.
