Food Science, Safety and Hygiene, Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Gastronomy
Dr. Celale Kırkın obtained her B.Sci., M.Sci. and PhD degrees from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Food Engineering in 2006, 2009 and 2015, respectively. She worked as a research assistant in the same department between 2006 and 2015. She conducted some part of her PhD research in School of Chemistry at Monash University (Australia) between 2012 and 2013. Dr. Celale Kırkın’s research focuses on modified atmosphere packaging and irradiation of foods.
