Elena N.Demiriz works as a Russian instructor in the Modern Languages Program at ScOLa. Elena N. Demiriz received her BA in Turkology from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at St-Petersburg University, Leningrad in 1984; her Ph.D. in History of Literary Turkish Language (XIII-XIV cc.) from the Institute of Linguistics at the Russian Academy of Sciences in 1996. She holds a Russian Language Teaching Certificate from the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute. Before joining Özyeğin University she worked in Fatih and Okan University as an instructor. Napolnova has published 5 books and 2 dictionaries for Turkish students learning Russian. Napolnova also continues to explore and conduct research on linguistic world vision.
