Students who fail to renew their registration and/or interrupt their undergraduate studies without the approval of the university, or who renew their registration but receive a disciplinary action or fail to attend classes, and/or who exceed their maximum period of time allowed to maintain their scholarships will lose their scholarships.

Additional scholarships (cash stipends, dining, housing and/or transportation support)  will continue as long as students achieve at least a cumulative GPA of 2,50 out of 4,00 at the end of each academic year. Failure to do so will result in the loss of additional scholarships in the subsequent semester. However, additional scholarships may be reinstated if students succeed to meet the requirements again.
