Startup Labs is a brand new seed investment fund initiated by the creators of the Startup Weekend and is now brought to Turkey with the collaboration of Galata Business Angels and Center for Entrepreneurship. Launched by Galata Business Angels, the leading angel investor network of Turkey, with the aim of commercialization of ideas focused on the ICT industry and implemented with the collaboration the Center for Entrepreneurship, the one and only business accelerator of Turkey, the program will take place on the Özyeğin University Çekmeköy Campus between April 6 and 26.

Applications for the 3-week program started on February 17. During the Startup Labs program, team will have the opportunity to win $30,000 of joint investment from GBA&Startup Labs, mentorship, office space, and moreover will have the chance to meet and spend time with the leading figures of the startup world and other investors. The program aims to promote teams to expand their businesses and prove the robustness of their businesses by focusing on users/income targets within only 3 weeks. The final day of the program will be the “Demo Day” during which teams will introduce themselves to international investors and collect further investment for their businesses.

Applications for the program are invited by March 15.
