Marketing Ideas Compete at bizz@kampüs

The winners of bizz@kampüs talent acquisition program and talent were announced! “bizz@kampüs” is a talent acquisition program and contest organized to encourage junior and senior undergraduate students and graduate students to develop new marketing ideas for a different Ülker brand each year. This year marked the 9thyear of the program.

The program was held online this year. University students competed to develop the best marketing ideas for Ülker Halley and the team “Bachateros” won the first prize for their project. This year, approximately 3,000 students in 1,000 teams from 171 different universities applied to bizz@kampüs, and the first prize went to the team “Bachateros” , made up of Ali Rıza Güngör, senior Mechanical Engineering student at Yıldız Technical University, Harun Erdil, senior Civil Engineering student at Özyeğin University, and Arvin Gazihan, senior Biomedical Engineering student at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University, respectively.

Due to the ongoing pandemic,  both the contest and the awards ceremony took place online. Participants shared their innovative ideas and created marketing strategies for Ülker Halley. Students competed with their projects, covering the aspects of innovative product, design, packaging, motto, strategy, and communication. Student projects were evaluated by a panel of judges made up of Faruk Gözleveli, HR Vice President at Ülker, Aslı Özen Turhan, CMO at Ülker, Aslı Akman,   Master Brand and New Categories Marketing Director at Ülker, Mehmet Uçan, Corporate Communications Director at Ülker, and Ozan Özüm Özbey, Creative Director at Alametifarika Advertising Agency.
