Assistant Professor Aslı Zuluğ Receives “Rising Star” Award at Halkbank Producing Women Competition

Assistant Professor Aslı Zuluğ, Chair of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department at Özyeğin University, has been honored with the “Rising Star” award at the 2026 Halkbank Producing Women Competition, selected from among 4,000 women entrepreneurs.

Conferred by an independent jury representing diverse fields of expertise, the award aims to support women’s integration into both business and social life. Dr. Zuluğ was honored with the award in recognition of Pacha Natural Collagen, a product line she developed through a science-driven R&D approach, and for its recent nationwide growth. The Pacha Natural Collagen range includes collagen- and protein-enriched crackers, granola, chips, and a specially developed protein chip for children. Today, the products are available at nearly 3,000 retail and HoReCa locations across Türkiye, including major chains such as Migros and FİLE Market.
