TÜBİTAK – Springer Nature Open Access Agreement (2026 APC Quota)

Dear Faculty Members,

Within the scope of the 2024–2026 Open Access Publishing Agreement between TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and Springer Nature, the APC (Article Processing Charge) support quota allocated for 2026 has been fully utilized. Therefore, no APC support will be available for the remainder of 2026.

The following provisions will apply to articles that are currently under evaluation:

• Articles accepted in hybrid journals may be published as subscription-based (closed access) without payment of an APC.
• Articles accepted in Gold Open Access journals may be published as open access only if the APC is covered by the author(s).
