Peer Advising Program – Additional Applications Are Now Open!

Dear Students,
An additional application period has been opened for the 2026–2027 Academic Year Peer Advising Program for selected departments and faculties.
The Peer Advising Program is a peer support initiative designed to help newly admitted preparatory and undergraduate students adapt to the social, cultural, and academic life at Özyeğin University. Peer Advisors support new students by sharing their own experiences and helping them navigate university life more smoothly.
This additional application period is only open to students enrolled in the following departments and faculties:
- FAD – Communication and Design
- FAD – Industrial Design
- FAD – Interior Architecture and Environmental Design
- FE – Industrial Engineering
- FASS – Anthropology
- FEAS – Faculty of Business (All Majors)
As a Peer Advisor, you will:
- Organize meet-ups with new students,
- Support students by answering frequently asked questions about campus life,
- Introduce university resources and services,
- Guide students to the appropriate academic and administrative offices when needed,
- Take an active role in the Orientation Program, meetings, and training sessions.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.20,
- Be currently enrolled and able to be physically present on campus throughout the 2026–2027 Academic Year,
- Not be graduating at the end of the Fall semester,
- Have completed at least one academic year in their current faculty,
- Remain as an undergraduate student throughout the 2026–2027 Academic Year,
- Have no disciplinary record since enrolling at the University.
We are looking for students who have strong communication skills, take initiative, work well in teams, manage their time effectively, are open to personal development, and respect diversity.
Applications will be accepted through the online application form. Candidates who pass the preliminary evaluation will be invited to an interview. Those selected for the program will begin their responsibilities with the Orientation Program in September 2026.
All applicants, regardless of the outcome of their application, will be notified via email.
