Erasmus+ study/placement online application period

Dear All,

Erasmus+ study/placement online application period (24 January - 6 February 2017) starts today.
Please review the previously announced information from this link and follow the instructions copied below to start your online application at intexchange.ozyegin.edu.tr

1.Please complete the “Pre-application Step” with your OzU username-password.

• Select the respective link stated in the box.

• Then, select the program (Erasmus+) and your status (Student/Outgoing Student) and insert your OzU username/password.
• After your validation, you will review the following screen with your personal information and will need to complete it by making the necessary selections. Please select either Placement Mobility or Study Mobility options and the respective term you wish to be on exchange.

• After you save, you will receive an email in your inbox.

2.      You may now access the “Application Form” by inserting your username and password.

• You must now click on the “Complete the Application” button to continue.
• You must complete all seven parts of your application indicated below. 

• If you are planning to apply for both the Study and Internship (Placement) Mobility, you must create separate application for each mobility by clicking Make a New Application button and submit them separately.

3.You can start working on your application, save and complete at a later stage, before the deadline. In this case, you will see “Online registered” as your application status. Once you successfully submit your application you will see “Submitted” as your status.  Please make sure you submit the form before the deadline. (Note that you can only submit the form once.)

4.We strongly suggest you to study the application information and institutions link before you finalize your application.

5.The online application deadline is February 6, 2017 - Monday, 12.30 noon. The application cannot be submitted after the closing time and late applications will not be considered.

6.All applicants who successfully submit their applications will receive an email about the venue of the Erasmus Language Exam (ELE) soon after the deadline.  This information will also be published on the International Office announcements webpage. 

7.You will receive additional information and instructions about future steps (ELE results, rankings and placements) in the coming months.

8.If you encounter any technical difficulties, please click on the Report a Bug button. The respective unit will review the problem and contact you as soon as possible.
