Ms. Eda Öztop is a results-driven hotel executive with over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong track record in driving revenue growth, achieving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding guest experiences within large-scale five-star properties.
She currently serves as Hotel Manager at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul, where she oversees the full operations of a flagship 566-room property. In this role, she leads key departments including Rooms, Food and Beverage, Spa, Security, and Technical Services, ensuring high performance in both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Previously, as Director of Rooms, she managed a team of over 150 employees and successfully exceeded revenue targets by €5.4 million, while increasing Average Daily Rate (ADR) by 25% and significantly enhancing guest satisfaction scores. Earlier in her career, she held positions as Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Manager, consistently contributing to service excellence and operational success.
Ms. Eda Öztop holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Planning and Brand Management from Bahçeşehir University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Administration from Boğaziçi University. Her core expertise includes hotel operations, P and L management, revenue optimization, leadership, and strategic planning. She is a native Turkish speaker and fluent in English.
