About Private Law Master’s Degree Program (Non-thesis)

The Non-Thesis Master's Program in Private Law is an interdisciplinary graduate program designed for both law graduates and professionals from a wide range of fields, including business, engineering, healthcare, finance, technology, public administration, human resources, and media. The program aims to equip participants with the ability to apply legal insight within their professional domains, empowering them to become solution-oriented leaders capable of addressing complex challenges in an increasingly dynamic and demanding professional environment.

In an era shaped by rapid technological developments, digital transformation, and increasing cross-sector interactions, law has evolved beyond the exclusive domain of legal professionals. Today, it plays a critical role in decision-making processes across all sectors and professions. This program provides participants from diverse disciplinary backgrounds with the opportunity to enrich their professional expertise through a robust academic foundation, strengthen their legal knowledge, and develop practical solutions to real-world challenges.

Throughout the program, students gain more than a theoretical understanding of legal principles. Through case studies, practical exercises, and interdisciplinary studies, they develop the ability to analyze legal issues from multiple perspectives and apply their knowledge in professional settings.  Participants learn to address professional challenges within the framework of current legal and regulatory requirements, identify needs effectively, and take an active role in problem-solving and decision-making processes.

One of the program’s defining strengths is its ability to bring together professionals from diverse backgrounds in a collaborative learning environment.  The curriculum is designed to foster effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration.  As a result, graduates develop the legal awareness, analytical thinking, and practical problem-solving capabilities needed to navigate increasingly complex professional environments and create value within their respective fields.

We welcome all prospective students who seek to integrate a legal perspective into their professional expertise, enhance their practical knowledge and skills, and become part of a collaborative community dedicated to developing innovative solutions across disciplines.
