About Our Laboratory

OZU Vibrations and Acoustics Laboratory was established in order to support the researchers and students who are concerned about solving engineering problems related to vibrations and acoustics in the daily life or who want to realize the acquired vibrations and acoustics knowledge in class room practically at the lab.

What are the types of testing equipment included in the lab ?

In our lab there are various types of testing machines that basically cover the areas of modal testing, frequency and dynamic response, dynamic impact, and vehicle dynamics.

What are the services provided by OZU Vibrations and Acoustics Lab ?

Our lab contains various simulation and physical testing tools to address challenging research problem in the area of vibration, acoustics and multi-body dynamic. The lab also provides many opprtunities to graduate and undergraduate students such as:

• The students can conduct various modal testing experiments to understand the frequency response behavior of the mechanical systems.
• The students can study the dynamic impacts of mechanical systems.
• The student can study the multi body dynamics both analytically and experimentally.
