Ms. Meltem Karamenderes was born in Kırıkkale in 1972. She took her primary, secondary and high school education in Kırıkkale and her undergraduate education from METU, Department of Food Engineering. She had started her career pathway at YKB as the Management Trainee in Quality & Performance Development Department in 1995. She had worked in Training, HR and Quality functions in managerial positions of various national and multi-national companies which are Akbank, Crowne Plaza Istanbul Hotel, Sheraton Istanbul Maslak Hotel and Pronet Security. Ms. Meltem Karamenderes is currently working at InterContinental Istanbul Hotel as the Quality & Training Manager.
