The 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Turkiye

As Özyeğin University, for the past 15 years, we have upheld our esteemed founding father Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s vision that was far beyond its time, and the core values and legacy of the Republic he passed down to future generations. We forge ahead with our unwavering commitment to scientific research that shapes the future of not only our country but also the world.

To that end, in celebration of the 100th anniversary of our Republic, we have compiled together the timeless quotes of our great leader Atatürk, each corresponding to a specific faculty at our university, in a special design, curated with the meticulous work of Assistant Prof. Özlem Dilber from the Faculty of Social Sciences, and the invaluable contributions of our faculties. We take pride in sharing this design for a year in both Turkish and English across all our on-campus faculty entrances, the Forum area in our Student Center, our billboards along the shuttle road, and all digital screens.
