Psychological Counseling Unit - Online Support

Dear Students,

It is observed that people experience high levels of anxiety worldwide due to COVID - 19 pandemic process. Therefore, you may need support to increase your mental resilience.

As the Psychological Counseling Unit, we will continue to provide online (remote) services to you in this 3-weeks period in which education has been suspended in higher education institutions for precautionary purposes.

The steps of the online psychological counseling service are as follows:

1. Make an appointment with the Psychological Counseling Unit.

If you have never applied to our unit before: You can make an appointment by sending an e-mail to counseling@ozyegin.edu.tr.
If you are actively getting service from our unit and would like to receive online support during these 3 weeks: You can send an e-mail to your psychological counselor.

2. Install the Microsoft Teams application from the link (https://products.office.com/tr-tr/microsoft-teams/download-app) to your computer, tablet or phone, log in with your OzU account and open the application at your appointment time.

3. When the appointment time comes, your psychological counselor will call you through the application. We kindly request you to follow the appointment time given to you so that everyone can get service.
