Panelists meet to rate Female Entrepreneurs of Turkey

Our university rector, Prof. Dr. Esra Gençtürk took part in the panel of judges for the 14th-time held “Turkey’s Women Entrepreneurs Competition”, which is organized through the collaboration of Garanti BBVA, Ekonomist Magazine and Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGİDER) in order to develop female entrepreneurs and leadership in Turkey.  

The award categories of the competition include "The Female Entrepreneur of Turkey", "The Prospective Female Entrepreneur of Turkey", "The Female Entrepreneur who Makes a Difference their Locality”, and "The Female Social Entrepreneur of Turkey".

The panaliests, including KAGİDER President Emine Erdem, Garanti BBVA Executive Vice President Sibel Kaya, Ekonomist Magazine’s Chief Editor Talip Yılmaz, General Electric Chief Executive Officer Canan Özsoy, Investor Ebru Dorman, Journalist Şelale Kadak and Gülşah Gürkan who was elected as the Female Enterpreneur of Turkey in 2019 in addition to Prof. Esra Gençtürk rated the winners in four different categories. The winners will be announced during the award ceremony on March 5.
