Undergraduate Final Grade Submissions (2020-2021 Summer)

Dear Faculty Members,

You may find below the deadlines for undergraduate final grade submissions via the Student Information System (SIS) for the 2020-2021 Summer semester.

Grades are submitted via the Grade Entry screen on the  Student Information System (SIS). You can log in the system by entering your Özyeğin University username and password.

To learn how to enter grades into the system, you can watch the videos available at the following   YouTube links. The videos are in English. However, Turkish and English subtitles are also available.

Final grades will be announced to students one hour after the grade submissions are completed. After the said date, any changes to grades must be made via the  Grades - Course Grades - Grade Change screen on the Student Information System (SIS) before Wednesday, September 1, 2021 by 15:00. All changes to grades are subject to the approval of the Dean/Director of the faculty/school/graduate school that offers the respective course.

The grades of the Faculty of Law courses must be entered via the “Gradebook - Gradebook Entry” screen on the Student Information System (SIS).

In the Faculty of Aviation and Aeronautical Science, the grades of the Undergraduate Professional Flight Program courses for which Notepad is used must be entered via the “Gradebook - Gradebook Entry” screen on the Student Information System (SIS).
