Özyeğin University Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Işıl Erol Named the First Academy Tutor from Türkiye at RICS, the Only Institution that Accredits UK-Based Real Estate Programs

Prof. Dr. Işıl Erol, a faculty member at the International Finance Department at the Faculty of Business at Özyeğin University, has been chosen as Online Academy Tutor by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As the first academician from Türkiye ever to be conferred this title, Prof. Dr. Erol will be tutoring for a certificate program on real estate financing and investment.

As a UK-based, global institute founded as far back as in the 1700s, RICS is the only institution that accredits real estate programs. It is an international professional organization dedicated to promote and enforce the highest professional standards in the development, management, and valuation of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.

Prof. Dr. Erol will contribute to this global network as an accredited tutor, and will play a role in training new experts on RICS’ strategically important “Online Academy” platform.
