We would like to share the announcement with our students regarding the 2026 Seoul Tech Scholarship program, sent by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, located in in Seoul, Republic of Korea. This announcement is for students who meet the conditions listed below and wish to pursue postgraduate studies at the listed universities as of September 2026.

Seoul Tech Scholarship, a program designed for outstanding international master’s students in science and engineering fields, has now opened its application process for scholars entering in September 2026.
The Seoul Tech Scholarship provides full tuition coverage and living expenses for a period of two years, with total financial support amounting to approximately USD 27,000 per recipient.
Launched in 2024, the program selected nine scholars in its inaugural year and fifteen scholars in 2025. For the upcoming recruitment cycle, we plan to significantly expand the program by selecting a total of thirty scholars.
The participating universities for the 2026 academic year are as follows:
- Konkuk University
- Korea University
- Kyung Hee University
- Seoul National University
- Seoul National University of Science and Technology
- Sogang University
- Soongsil University
- Sungkyunkwan University
- University of Seoul
Applications are accepted through an online system, and the application deadline is 4:00 PM (Korea Standard Time) on March 6, 2026. Detailed information regarding eligibility, application procedures, and selection criteria can be found in the attached documents.
