Important Reminders about the Commencement Ceremony

Please take the following instructions into consideration for the Commencement Ceremony.

• A reception will be held at the Commencement Area before the Commencement Ceremony.
• The audience is kindly requested to remain standing during the procession and recession walks.
• Please do not consume any tobacco products within the Graduation Area.
• During the commencement ceremony, please avoid any behavior that would disturb the functioning of the organization (i.e. food, beverage, leaving the graduation area, etc.), except the emergencies.
• Please inform Student Life Office for guests with special needs until June 22nd, 2018, Friday.
• Please kindly note that pets will not be allowed in the Campus area.

GOWN RETURN POLICY

Students who would like to return their gowns, may do so by visiting the Gown Return Point at the Student Center Forum Area between 17:30 - 19:30.

DIPLOMA DELIVERY POLICY

Students who become eligible for graduation may receive their diplomas after the Commencement Ceremony between 17:30 and 19:30 at the Diploma Distribution Area in the Student Center Forum Area by presenting their ID cards and returning their gowns.
