International Day 2026 Brings Diverse Cultures Under One Roof

Özyeğin University’s International Day 2026 once again welcomed a vibrant mosaic of cultures from around the world, as students shared their experiences of living and studying abroad. Attended by Özyeğin University President Prof. Barış Tan, the event offered our international students the opportunity to share their cultures, traditions, and personal stories.

Held each May under the guidance of the Intercultural Awareness Unit at the Özyeğin University International Office in collaboration with student ambassadors, this year’s event featured 27 countries, showcasing their traditional cuisine, attire, music, and dance performances.

International Day 2026 once again reflected our commitment to embracing diversity as a source of strength and fostering intercultural exchange. We will continue to support our students in forging new connections, and we will continue to contribute to the development of a stronger global perspective across our university community.
