Assoc. Prof. Zeynep Başaran Bundur Honored with an Award by the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey (TTGV)

Assoc. Prof. Zeynep Başaran Bundur, Head of the Civil Engineering Department at Özyeğin University, has been named the recipient of the 'Dr. Akın Çakmakcı Pioneer Researcher Award' as part of the 2026 TTGV Awards presented by the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey (TTGV).

Assoc. Prof. Başaran Bundur was recognized for her pioneering research in the fields of sustainable cement as well as sustainable and adaptive materials.

Presented during 'TTGV Day'—an initiative by the Technology Development Foundation of Turkey that unites the public sector, private industry, academia, and the entrepreneurship ecosystem—these awards aim to honor researchers, institutions, non-governmental organizations, and leaders who have driven impactful change in climate technologies over the past five years.
