Özyeğin University Receives Third Honorable Mention in Samsun Urban Design Competition

A project proposal developed by faculty members of Özyeğin University’s Faculty of Architecture and Design has received the Third Honorable Mention in the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Service Building, Cultural Center and Mosque Urban Design and Architectural Project Competition.

Architect İlker Fatih Özorhon served as the team representative, with architects Güliz Özorhon, Begüm Diker, and Mehmet Emin Bayraktar; landscape architect A. Ömer Akman; urban planner Tolga Kayacan; and civil engineer Ömer Karadağ as members of the project team. Architect and civil engineer Yağdır Çeliker served as the project advisor. Architecture students Deren Onur and Berçin Şen also contributed to the project as assistants.
