Launch of the New Digital Human Research Ethics Review Application System

 Dear Colleagues and Graduate Students,

We are pleased to announce the launch of our newly developed Human Research Ethics Review Application System, designed to make the ethics review and application process more efficient, accessible, and user-friendly.

As part of this initiative, all procedures related to ethics review applications have been fully digitized. We have also redesigned our website and prepared comprehensive user guides to assist you throughout the application process.

You can now submit your ethics review applications through the new digital system and access updated information and user guides on our redesigned website.

Application Deadlines and Important Reminders

Ethics review applications must be submitted by the 21st of each month. Researchers are required to schedule the start of their data collection no earlier than three weeks after the monthly application deadline. Please note that data collection may begin only after ethics committee approval has been obtained.

We kindly ask all academic staff to take these deadlines into consideration when planning their research activities to ensure the timely review of their applications and avoid unnecessary delays.
