Want to be a Graduation Class Committee Member?

Would you like to take part in the preparation of your own Commencement Ceremony?

We are creating a Graduation Class Committee (MSK) consisting of graduating senior volunteers who will help to plan the 2019 Commencement Ceremony. The duties and responsibilities of the Graduation Class Committee are listed below:

• Making suggestions regarding pre-commencement events and activities,
• Preparing the Graduation Newspaper and sharing it with graduating seniors,
• If requested, taking charge in the preparation and printing of the University yearbook,
• Providing assistance on the selection of the graduation song, and
• Assisting the Alumni Association in organizing the graduation ball.

The committee will be made up of graduating seniors from each department.

The members of the committee will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Eligibility to attend the Commencement Ceremony,
• Participation in the meeting held after the online application process,
• During the meeting, 1 graduating senior will be elected to represent each of the OzU schools, faculties, and graduate schools. Also, 1 MSK representative will be elected to represent the MSK during the Graduation Committee meetings. Elections will be held by open ballot.
