Orientation 2019 - Volunteer Student Application

Dear Students,

As you know on Sunday, September 22nd we will have an orientation day for our new students.  Again, this year, we need volunteer “usher” students to help our organization team.

Specifically, we need assistance with registering students, helping students find meeting rooms for faculty presentations, assisting with a Student Center Introduction and more. 

If you are interested, please respond to the below application form by September 11st, 2019.  

Orientation: Sunday, September 22, 2019
Orientation Training: Friday, September 20, 2019

Important Details:

1. Volunteer students will have duties on both Friday September 20th and Sunday, September 22nd.
   
   
2. On Saturday, September 22nd, we will meet in the Forum Area at 11:00. 
    
3. You will receive a t-shirt and complimentary lunch during orientation training and orientation day.
   
   
4. We will provide shuttle service between Altunizade, Tasdelen and campus on September 20 and 22.
   
   
5. Volunteers will be selected according to application order.

Note: Peer Advisors who are working at orientation and newly admitted students please disregard this message.
