You are kindly informed to welcome the ACCOR’S Talent and Culture Manager, Turkey and RIISE and Mobility Leader, New East Europe, Ms. Canan Töre Petekçi as the guest speaker of the seminar series.

Ms. Canan Töre Petekçi completed her primary and secondary education in Istanbul. She graduated from Bilkent University, Tourism and Hotel Management Department in 1999. During her high school education, she worked as an Office Assistant in a textile company of German origin during the summer holidays. She did her university internship at Swissotel Istanbul The Bosphorus General Directorate as the ISO Supervisor. At the end of her internship, she completed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System training and became the Internal Auditor and ISO Expert. After graduation, Ms. Canan Töre Petekçi started to work as the Switch Operator in The Marmara Istanbul, Taksim. She worked in the same company as the Guest Relations Officer-Receptionist and Group Sales Executive, respectively. Then she continued to work as the Company Sales Executive for Divan Hotels Head Office. In 2007, she became the Assistant General Manager at Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu after Accor's arrival in Turkey. In 2010, she was commissioned to set the Accor Turkey, Head Office Quality and Training Department. With the increase in the number of hotels, she decided to continue her career in Training Processes under the Human Resources Department. Currently, she holds the position of the Talent and Culture Director of Accor Turkey. At the same time, she is the leader of 'RIISE' and 'Mobility' in the region where Turkey and 12 countries found. Ms. Canan Töre Petekçi is going to make a presentation about “Social Responsibility Applications at ACCOR and World RIISE Leadership” in the Seminar course.
