Barış Çetin ALTINDAĞ graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Industrial Product Design in 1999. Afterward, he received his master's degree from the same university with his thesis on "The Concept of Co-Design in the Automotive Sector" (2007). He continues his doctoral studies at Marmara University with his Ph.D. thesis on "Material Selection in the Process of Product Design."

He worked as Avitaş Composite Plastic Design Development Manager between 2003-2011 and as Product Development Manager of Polin Water Parks from 2011-2014. During this period, he served as the Istanbul Branch Treasurer of the Industrial Designers' Occupational Organization (ETMK).

At Beehive Design Lab, founded in 2014, he carries out product design, engineering, and reverse engineering studies, mainly in the automotive, aviation, mechatronics, and healthcare business.
