Ece Cankat graduated from Ozyegin University, School of Applied Sciences, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts with a first-class honors degree in 2017, and also completed a Minor degree in Hotel Management. After she completed her postgraduate education at Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences, Production Management and Marketing Thesis Master Program, Cankat has started to Ph.D. at Ozyegin University, in the department of Design, Technology, and Society. She works on food marketing, service marketing and foodtech as well as developing mobile applications in these fields.
