Dr. Müge Çetin obtained her Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree at Selçuk University School of Law in 2012 and completed her internship at Izmir Bar Association in 2013. She obtained her Master of Law (LL.M) and Ph.D degrees in Private Law from the Social Sciences Institute of Dokuz Eylül University in 2016 and 2022, respectively. The subject of her master’s thesis is "Legal Liability of Founders in Joint Stock Companies" and her Ph.D. dissertation title is "Crypto Assets in terms of Capital Market Law". Dr. Çetin's work focuses on; information and technology law, financial technologies law, blockchain law and e-commerce law.
