Nil Telli was graduated from METU Industrial Design Department in 1990. She had taken “Interior Design Courses in London Chealsea School of Art .She has got different VM trainning certificates in London Saint Martins College of Art and London Fashion College . During her professional life she worked as a Furniture & İnterior designer She had been working in fair business and in retail sector. She worked with SOYSAL for 12 years as VM consultant& tutor trained by Joe Weishar ,the founder “ New Vision Studio” and for 18 years as their Fair Consultant of Retail Days “İstanbul Reatil Fair” . She combines her designer backgound into Visual Merchandising principales. She had been coorporating with different foreign Visual Merchandisers .Her articals about VM has been publishing in MERHABA sector magasine for 8 years and opened selective courses “ Retail Experience Design “ in İstanbul Technical University ITU İndustrial Design Department for 3 terms . She has been heading VM trainnings courses ,seminars and study tours in Turkey & abroad for Retail sector professionals and VM consultancy projects for Turkish & Foreiner companies to conduct their VM applications by remerchandising their shops and rebuilt their VM teams
