Bilkent University, English Language Teaching

Selen Şirin Dülger works as the Director of the School of Languages. She completed her integrated BA and non-thesis MA program in English Language Teaching at Bilkent University in 2009. She earned a second non-thesis MA degree in Educational Administration from Anadolu University in 2024. She holds a DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) awarded by the University of Cambridge and has been working as a CELTA tutor since 2019. She also serves as an evaluator for the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Language Education Programs (DEDAK). At the School of  Languages, she has held various positions, including English Preparatory Program Coordinator and Level Specialist. As of July 14, 2026, she continues to serve as the Director of the School of Languages.
