After 4 years of product design experience, Sonay participated in experience, service and product design projects in corporate industry in Turkey for 6 years. With design thinking and human-centered design approach she enrolled multi-disciplinary teams into projects which aimed to solve business issues with origins in customer experience and create new and better customer experiences.

Sonay studied Industrial Design both for BA and MA degrees in Tehran University of Arts, Iran. Lately a second master’s degree she gained in Service design in Linköping University, Sweden. Besides working as Experience and Service Design Lead in Dogma Alares Consulting, she is a part-time lecturer in Özyeğin University since 2017 and board member of Service Design Network, Turkey Chapter since 2018.
