This course aims to present the oil & oil industry in a wide perspective, to those who plan to conduct graduate study in the field of energy law and those who has a background on law, management, politics and trade. The course will encompass oil production, refining, distribution in addition to oil trading, the state of oil in overall world economy and politics, as well as in future. Based on this structure, the course will in more detail, Turkish Oil Industry and the legislation, the structure in view of close regional geography will be reviewed.
Those who complete this course will have a general understanding of oil industry, world oil consumption, the state of oil in world economy, basic principles of oil trading and Turkish legislation with regards to oil.
