Course in Energy Markets and Competition Law is an academic and also practical lecture about the competition law on energy market which was a monopoly before the liberalization. First of all, the lecture will begin introduction to competition law and the practices. In competition law, regulatory markets have different rules, in the lecture this special regulations will be approached and then current competition infringements’ solutions will be discussed on the network markets. As a practice, Competition Authority’s privatization, merger and acquisition and infringement decisions will be examined on the energy market.
