Purpose of the Program

The program is intended not only to offer graduate education but also inform participants about and raise awareness of legal jurisprudence, current legal issues, and recent developments in comparative law through a rich array of seminars. Nevertheless, the ultimate objective of the programs is, undoubtedly, to help students specialize in different tracks of law and produce a significant scholarly work with a thesis to be written after the seminar sessions are over. The program seeks to both promote scientific research in the field of law and to deepen legal know-how, and particularly develop professional skills required to solve legal disputes in the field of health, capitalizing on existing knowledge and methods and employing a multi-disciplinary approach.
 
 
In addition to renowned faculty of the Özyeğin University Faculty of Law holding in-depth experience in the field of health, prestigious experts in the field of health and health law will also make invaluable contributions to our programs, giving lectures and seminars, and offering mentorship for thesis projects.
 
Over the course of their graduate programs, students will also have unlimited access to a rich variety of scholarly events on Health Law and will have the opportunity to increase their level of know-how and experience through a series of trainings offered by prominent scholars.
