Purpose of the Program

The purpose of Özyeğin University Master of Laws Programs is to offer graduate education in the field of law by prestigious faculty of the Özyeğin University Faculty of Law as well as renowned faculty members of other universities and leading industry experts; to enhance student’s knowledge and experience to help them put their theoretical knowledge into practice to solve problems, to specialize in an area of interest or otherwise use it for professional purposes; to produce high quality scholarly work in the field of law through a rich variety of seminars and thesis projects,  to offer Master of Laws students the opportunity to specialize in certain tracks of laws to ensure that they practice their profession with ease, comfort and excellence, while ultimately contributing to the right to legal remedies by ardently seeking for, introducing and employing new scientific methods and tools.
 
Master of Laws students will be entitled to participate in all events organized by the Faculty of Law in the field of Civil Law, and thus will be able to expand their horizons, build on their know-how and experience, improve their existing skills, and will gain the necessary skill set to practice their professions in future as well-equipped law graduates in their respective areas of specialization.
