Purpose of the Program

The Sports Law is designed to meet the substantial need for graduate programs in sports/football law that teach not only national law but also regulations and practices adopted by FIFA, UEFA and other transnational sports organizations. The program curriculum is delivered by high caliber faculty members who have actively worked in this sector not only as legal professionals but also as leading experts holding years of hands-on experience who have made immense contributions to preparation of sports instructions and other legislations. The program provides a solid foundation in sports law pertaining to all sports branches in general, with a particular  focus on football law and other fields of sport that have a high need for specialized legal professionals and technical experts.
 
Courses dwell on important national and international judicial institutions as well as precedents ruled by the legal boards of federations. The program also focuses on the operation of and laws practiced by national and supranational judicial mechanisms in a quest to prepare well-equipped professionals of Sports/Football Law.
