Project Description: Eco_GeoPrint project aims to demonstrate a circular production route for industrial wastes in developing 3D printable building materials (geopolymers) with carbon sequestering potential. The internship covers adaptation of geopolymer design to 3D-printing.

Research Intern Responsibilities: Provide a brief literature survey, conduct experimental work on enforced carbonation of construction debris, analyze and report data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Civil Engineering undergraduate program
• Completed at least 180 ECTS (Senior students)
• GPA > 2.75
• Duration: 6 weeks (July/August)

Expected Learning Outcomes:

• Conduct literature survey
• Conduct experiments on geopolymer design and performance
• Evaluate the printability of the material through fresh and hardened performance tests
• Write a technical report summarizing research outputs
